Racing Fingers Quilt Guild February Meeting

This month will feature Laura Bosma of Pretty Penny Precuts. Laura Bosma comes to us from Peachtree City, Georgia. Laura has been sewing since she was five. She has spent many years as an educator and has been very involved in her local quilt guild as well as teaching classes at nearby quilt shops. Pretty Penny Precuts is a wool appliqué kit business that Laura began over a decade ago. It is named after Penny, her family’s rescue Chi-huahua!  Laura will share with us her love and knowledge of wool appliqué as she presents “My Favorite Things.”  She will be bringing some of her wool appliqué pro-jects to show and we will learn about notions and tools appropriate for the wool appliqué quilter.
